When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for hipther.agency, including subdomains, our email newsletters and other applications owned and operated by our company (collectively referred to as the “hipther”, and to any services that display this notice. The Privacy Policy also sets out the ways in which we may use your personal data.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE GATHER ABOUT YOU?
The information gathered when you interact with hipther falls into 3 categories:

1) Personal information, which includes personal information you supply when you subscribe, order, complete a survey, register for one of our sites,  provide your email address for information request or request a call back.

Please note: none of the above mentioned data is collected without your consent. 

2) Company information is collected for invoicing use and is collected via 2 types of forms:

2.1) Service or publishing orders, which includes official company name, full company address, company registration number or EU VAT ID and preferred payment method.

2.2) Event registration (delegate pass orders), which includes official company name, full company address, company registration number or EU VAT ID, preferred payment method, delegate’s full name, delegate’s job title, delegate’s e-mail address and best mobile number (to use in case of emergency).

3) Non-personal information collected through technology, which includes tracking information collected by us as well as third parties.

We do not collect information on visitors to this site beyond what is ordinarily captured in a web server log. The log information consists of an IP address (which may be used to look up the domain name of the visitor, but no other information about the visitor), and the time of the visit to each page. This information is only used for reporting statistics to the webmaster about traffic to the site, so the performance and effectiveness of the site can be assessed.

Registration Information

Registration for our services may require that you supply certain personal information, including a unique email address and demographic information (full company details, industry sector, and job title) to register.
